Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Observe early cleavage 25-27 hours after insemination, the fragmentation rate is greater than 50% of the number of cleavage; 2. 25-27 hours observe early cleavage fragmentation embryo incidence rate <25%, D2 has 50% eggs fragmentation of fission-stage embryos was greater than 15%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Chromosomal abnormality in either male or female; 2. Obvious egg maturation and abnormal morphological structure in the past; 3. Remedial ICSI cycle.
