Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Infants of 0-4 months old, regardless of gender, mode of production and feeding mode.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Premature birth, intrauterine infection and diseases related to gastrointestinal function; 2. The mother has gestational diabetes mellitus, hypertension, coronary heart disease, acute infectious diseases (especially tuberculosis, viral hepatitis, HIV infection), cancer, postpartum depression, nipples or mastitis; 3. Unable to communicate and answer the questionnaire; 4. Participating in nutrition or drug intervention studies; 5. Infants and mothers were given any antibiotic and commercial probiotic products within one month prior to enrollment.
