Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for ischemic stroke population: (1) Aged range from 18 to 75 years; (2) The diagnosis of acute ischemic stroke was confirmed by the first MRI diagnosis of intracerebral infarction; There were definite neurological location signs and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score >=1; (3) Previously diagnosed ischemic stroke (consistent with imaging diagnosis, definite neurological location signs, NIHSS score >=1); (4) Obtain the informed consent signed by the patient or the patient's legally authorized agent. 2. Inclusion criteria for stroke high-risk groups: (1) Never diagnosed with ischemic stroke (consistent with imaging diagnosis, definite neurological location signs, NIHSS score >=1); (2) 3 or more of the following 8 risk factors exist: 1) Hypertension. Any one of the following criteria can be met: history of hypertension; Test results showed elevated blood pressure (systolic >=140mmHg or diastolic >=90mmHg); 2) Dyslipidemia. Any 1 of the following can be satisfied: Medical history; In this examination, cholesterol >=6.2mmol/L, triglyceride >=2.3 mmol/L, low density lipoprotein >=4.1mmol/L, high density lipoprotein =11.0mmol/L or fasting blood glucose >=7.0mmol/L were measured for several times; 4) Significantly overweight or obese. BMI>=28kg/m^2; 5) Atrial fibrillation and valvular disease; 6) Do little physical exercise. For >=3 times a week, each moderate intensity and more than 30 minutes or engaged in moderate or heavy manual labor is considered as regular physical exercise, otherwise, it is lack of exercise; 7) Family history of stroke; 8) A history of transient ischemic attack; (3) Obtain the informed consent signed by the patient or the patient's legally authorized agent. 3. Inclusion criteria for normal and healthy people: (1) Aged range from 18 to 75 years; (2) No previous diagnosis of ischemic stroke (consistent with imaging diagnosis, definite neurological location signs, NIHSS score >=1), and no diagnosis of stroke-related risk factors; (3) Obtain the informed consent signed by the subject or the subject's legally authorized agent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe mental disorders and dementia; 2. Severe systemic disease with an estimated survival of less than 6 months; 3. Alanine aminotransferase (ALT) or aspartate aminotransferase (AST) > 80U/L or have prior severe liver disease; 4. Creatinine clearance < 30ml/min or prior severe kidney disease.
