Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years; 2. The subject was diagnosed with severe aortic stenosis by echocardiography, which was defined as: (1) Aortic valve area (AVA) =4m/s; (3) Mean cross-valve pressure (MPG) >=40mmHg; 3. The subject has symptoms with or without aortic stenosis, including chest tightness or chest pain, shortness of breath or dyspnea, and syncope; 4. The subject or legal representative of the subject is aware of the nature of the study, agrees to all terms of the study, and signs an informed consent approved by the ethics Committee of each clinical center; 5. Subjects are willing to complete all clinical follow-up as required by the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The subject is unable to comply with the study protocol and complete all clinical follow-up due to various reasons; 2. Subjects were assessed as unsuitable for transcatheter aortic valve replacement.
