Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for non-alcoholic fatty liver disease according to the Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease; CAP value > 238 dB/m was examined by Fibroscan in our hospital; 2. Aged >= 18 years; 3. Patients and their family members gave informed consent to this study; 4. Patients can register information and follow up as required.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Fatty liver caused by viral hepatitis; 2. Patients with drug contraindications or drug allergies; 3. Patients with liver cirrhosis, liver cancer, and severe liver and kidney failure; 4. Combined with other diseases can not be discontinued; 5. Pregnant patients and patients with bleeding tendency; 6. Participated in other drug clinical trials in the last 3 months.
