Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Obtaining informed consent; 2. Aged 60-90 years; 3. Patients to be operated under general anesthesia; 4. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Class I to III; 5. The operation time was more than 2 hours.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe heart, lung, liver and kidney dysfunction; 2. History of mental illness or long-term use of psychotropic drugs (dementia, schizophrenia), chronic analgesic drugs, and alcohol abuse; 3. Preexisting cognitive impairment (preoperative Mini-Mental State Scale MMSE score =8 errors in the preoperative Mini-Mental State Questionnaire (SPMSQ) were diagnosed as severe cognitive impairment; 5. Had any cerebrovascular accident, such as stroke, transient ischemic attack (TIA), etc., within 3 months; 6. Diabetic patients with severe diabetic complications (diabetic ketoacidosis, hyperosmolar coma, various infections, macrovascular disease, diabetic nephropathy); 7. Patients with severe infections; 8. Preoperative PaO2<60mmHg or SpO2<92%; 9. Impaired language communication, inability to complete cognitive function tests; 10. Allergic to the test drug.
