Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis requires clinical or pathological evidence of vasculitis. Clinical evidence includes: alveolar hemorrhage, pulmonary infiltration, hematuria with RBC casts or heterotypic RBC>10% or hematuria with urinary protein 2+, mononeuritis or polyneuritis, palpable purpura, myocardial infarction caused by coronary vasculitis. Pathological evidence includes necrotizing vasculitis of any organ, necrotizing glomerulonephritis or crescent nephritis, and leukocytoclastic vasculitis. With or without ANCA (+). 2. AAV includes GPA, MPA and EGPA. Their clinical classification criteria refer to the standards of American Association of Rheumatology (ACR) and the consensus of Chapel Hill Conference separately. 3. AAV associated pulmonary involvement, including but not limited to: alveolar hemorrhage, pulmonary interstitial disease, pulmonary infiltration, pulmonary nodule/mass/cavity, large airway or small airway disorders.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with definite infectious lesions. 2. Combined with definite neoplastic lesions. 3. Contraindications to bronchoscopy and bronchoalveolar lavage exist. 4. Unqualified alveolar lavage fluid (recovery volume < 30% of lavage volume; Iatrogenic factors lead to blood recovery fluid). 5. Patients who fail to follow up on schedule.
