Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA I - III; 2. COPD GOLD I-II patients; 3. Elective thoracoscopic lobectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Spinal deformity; 2. Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; 3. Patients with severe sinus bradycardia, atrioventricular conduction obstruction, arrhythmia, myocardial ischemia; 4. Patients with cognitive dysfunction or unable to participate in the evaluation of postoperative recovery quality and analgesia; 5. Hemoglobin less than 110g/L.
