30 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA grading ?-?; 2. Aged between 30 and 60 years; 3. BMI18-25kg/m^2; 4. Preoperative hematuria routine, blood cell analysis, biochemistry, electrolyte and coagulation tests showed no obvious abnormalities; 5. Electrocardiogram and chest radiograph showed no obvious abnormality.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. During the operation, the patient was transferred to open the abdomen due to the condition; 2. The patient is allergic to esketamine; 3. Have confirmed gastrointestinal disease or obvious symptoms of gastrointestinal discomfort; 4. Disagree with participants.
