Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female aged 18-35 years with normal liver and kidney function; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of PCOS Rotterdam; 3. Meet the diagnostic criteria of phlegm-dampness syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Antibiotics and other drugs used in the last 1 month, oral contraceptives, glucocorticoid, antiandrogen drugs, ovulation promoting drugs, diabetes drugs or other steroid drugs taken within 3 months; 2. Fever, gastrointestinal disease, and active infection occurred during sampling; 3. Patients with hyperprolactinemia, hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism, complicated with serious disorders of liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, infectious diseases or mental disorders, hypertension or diabetes; 4. Pregnant or lactating patients.
