18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years, no gender limit; 2. CKD patients (CKD1-5 stage) were diagnosed, and the medical records included serum homocysteine and cardiac ultrasound data; 3. The patient did not receive norhomocysteine therapy; 4. Volunteer to join the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have tested positive for the novel coronavirus nucleic acid or have been previously diagnosed as infected with the novel coronavirus; 2. Did not participate in drug clinical trials or use any investigational medical devices during hospitalization; 3. Currently suffering from acute decompensated heart failure (symptoms and signs indicating exacerbation of chronic heart failure, treated with intravenous medication); 4. Bilirubin or AST or ALT values exceeded 2xULN during hospitalization; 5. History of coronary heart disease; 6. Previous diagnosis of various idiopathic cardiomyopathy, perinatal cardiomyopathy, arrhythmia cardiomyopathy, myocarditis, constrictive pericarditis; 7. Rheumatic heart disease and rheumatoid disease were previously diagnosed; 8. After radiotherapy or chemotherapy; 9. Renal artery stenosis; 10. Chronic lung disease or primary pulmonary hypertension; 11. History of malignancy; 12. Conditions that may affect the distribution, metabolism, or excretion of Hcy: liver surgery, liver infection, biliary tract surgery, biliary tract obstruction, biliary tract infection, biliary tract abnormalities, kidney surgery, kidney infection, urinary tract obstruction, structural abnormalities of urinary tract, urinary tract infection, urinary tract surgery; 13. History of mental illness, suicide and suicidal tendencies; 14. Drug abuse and alcoholism; 15. Patients who are pregnant, lactating and have positive pregnancy tests.
