18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-70 years; 2. ASA grade I-II; 3. Elective pulmonary surgery; 4. Single lung ventilation with left DLT in left decubitus position was required during the operation; 5. Sign informed consent voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Body mass index >30kg/m^2; 2. Potentially difficult airway (previous pharynx, larynx, and cervical spine surgery) and unanticipated difficult airway (mask difficulty, laryngoscope exposure, or intubation difficulty); 3. Lumen lesions of the left main bronchus; 4. Anatomical problems of tracheobronchial tree, difficulties in lung isolation; 5. Patients with special cardiopulmonary diseases, such as COPD, asthma, empyema, bronchopleural fistula, coronary heart disease, decompensated heart disease (NYHA grade 3 or 4), and receiving oxygen therapy; 6. Patients at potential risk of reflux aspiration.
