Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients undergoing flexible urological procedures at Zhejiang Xiaoshan Hospital, American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) class I-II, with no history of serious systemic disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Aged > 16 or < 80 years ; 2. History of severe heart, lung, liver and kidney diseases; 3. Have chronic pain or take any sedative or analgesic, or are allergic to any study medication.
