Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Non sepsis patients, sepsis patients and sepsis shock patient; 2. Aged >= 18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who refused to participate in the experiment; 2. Various reasons lead to incomplete data collected at last; 3. Primary liver cancer (such as liver clear cell carcinoma), leukemia, acquired lipodystrophy, systemic lupus erythematosus, psoriasis, rheumatoid arthritis, systemic scleroderma, autoimmune encephalitis, asthma attack and other autoimmune diseases closely related to Th17 and FGF21; 4. Currently, weight loss products, insulin, IL-17 antibody and other drugs are being used.
