Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged 18-35 years, no gender limit; 2. Meet the following criteria for sleep bruxism: (1) Teeth bruxism at least three times per week in the past six months; (2) Complain of facial muscle pain, weakness or other facial discomfort when getting up in the morning; (3) There is tooth wear; (4) Hypertrophy of masseter or temporalis muscle; 3. The results of polysomnography meet the diagnostic criteria of sleep bruxism set by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Any sleep disorders other than sleep bruxism, such as obstructive sleep apnea syndrome, restless leg syndrome, insomnia, REM sleep behavior disorder, etc.; 2. Have a history of neurological diseases or mental illness; 3. Medication taken within one month before or during the trial for full night polysomnography; 4. Smokers and alcoholics; 5. Stimulant beverages (coffee, tea, etc.) were consumed on the day of the experiment.
