Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=3 years, no gender limit; 2. Patients with confirmed primary medulloblastoma (with definite pathological diagnosis) and primary brain stem tumor (with enhanced MR diagnosis); 3. KPS score >=50; 4. Expected survival time >=2 months; 5. Patients with medulloblastoma who had received surgical treatment but no previous radiation or chemotherapy; The diagnosis of brain stem tumor was clear and no previous radiotherapy or chemotherapy was received; 6. Patients voluntarily participate in this study, and patients or legal guardians sign informed consent with the consent of patients, with good compliance and follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Recurrent patients; 2. Prior radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 3. Previous or concurrent malignancy; 4. According to the investigator's judgment, patients with other concomitant diseases that seriously endanger patients' safety or affect patients' ability to complete the study.
