20 Years to 45 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age (group 3: aged 35 years); 2. Decreased ovarian reserve (sinus follicle count (AFC) <5 and/or anti-Muller canal hormone (AMH) <1.2 ng/ml).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Aged over 45 years; 2. Pre-implantation gene detection cycle (PGT); 3. Receiver of egg donation; 4. Body mass index (BMI) >= 30 kg/m^2; 5. History of ovarian surgery; 6. Endocrine disorders (diabetes mellitus, hyperprolactinemia, hypothyroidism, congenital adrenal hyperplasia, Cushing's syndrome, or polycystic ovary syndrome); 7. Untreated moderate to severe endometriosis, submucosal fibroids, multiple endometrial polyps, pelvic inflammation, uterine malformations, Asherman syndrome, and hydrosalpinx; 8. Patients with immune function and karyotype abnormalities; 9. Having a family history of thrombosis or high risk of thrombosis; 10. History of hypertension or hyperlipidemia.
