Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with undifferentiated diseases admitted to the outpatient department or ward of the general Medicine Department of the enrolled center from July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023 included undifferentiated diseases including fatigue, wasting, and edema.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The specific causes of fatigue, emaciation or edema were identified when the patients were enrolled; 2. Inclusion may preclude participation in any study of this observational study; 3. Enrolled patients were unable to complete all aspects of the study independently.
