Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Blood samples were taken from 160 patients undergoing total knee replacement or anterior cruciate ligament ruptured reconstruction and repair under general anesthesia, including 40 patients with subpatellar fat pads and other soft tissues. 2. All patients were confirmed as advanced OA by surgery, imaging or histopathology; all patients were confirmed as advanced OA by two independent orthopedic/pathologic surgeons' review of surgery, imaging or histopathology results; all patients had not received radiotherapy, chemotherapy, targeted therapy or other immunotherapy; Patients with anterior cruciate ligament rupture reconstruction and repair surgery were included as the normal healthy group. 3. Patients with past medical history, present medical history, personal history and postoperative pathological and environmental data are complete, and voluntarily sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with other types of musculoskeletal diseases, such as osteomyelitis and peripheral nerve injury and other motor system injuries; 2. Have had or are suffering from other types and sites of joint diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis, gouty arthritis, traumatic arthritis; History of meniscectomy; 3. History of knee joint trauma; 4. Other rheumatic immune diseases such as ankylosing spondylitis, sclerosclerosis myositis and Sjogren's syndrome; Previous treatment history of radiotherapy, chemotherapy, targeted therapy and other immunotherapy; 5. Abnormal liver and kidney function; 6. History of neurological diseases, etc.
