Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with symptoms of lower limbs; 2. Patients with single-segment LSS whose imaging is consistent with the patient's symptoms and signs; 3. In MRI dural sac cross-sectional area (DSCA) <75 mm^2 or grade C or grade D by Schizas; 4. Lumbar spondylolisthesis <=? degree with no obvious lumbar instability; 5. Lumbar spine curvature <20 degrees.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with previous diseased segments or adjacent segments received manual surgery; 2. Patients in poor general state, or combined with other medical diseases, who cannot tolerate general drunken anesthesia or prone position surgery.
