Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=65 years; 2. Refer to the standards published by the Asian Sarcopenia Working Group 2019: (1) Upper and lower limb skeletal muscle mass index = limb skeletal muscle mass/height ^2, male < 7.0 kg/m^2, female < 5.7 kg/m^2; (2) Low muscle strength was assessed by dominant hand grip strength (male < 26kg, female < 18kg); (3) Low physical performance (LPP) : walking speed < 0.8m/s.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Have a chronic disease (liver, kidney, cancer that has not recurred in 5 years, cardiovascular disease, advanced joint disease) or any other condition that prevents you from participating in an exercise program.
