Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: OSAHS Group: 1. Age 7-14 years; 2. Diagnosed by a clinical doctor as a child with oral breathing; 3. It was diagnosed as OSAHS by PSG, the obstructive apnea hypopnea index (OAHI) was>1 time/h, and the lowest oxygen saturation (LSaO2) was<=92%. Control group: 1. Age 7-14 years; 2. No oral breathing symptoms recorded by clinical doctors; 3. The patient self reported and confirmed by their family that the nasal cavity is unobstructed, there is no nocturnal sleep snoring, no symptoms of apnea, and no upper respiratory or pulmonary diseases; 4. Normal population without TMD.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of adenoid or tonsil surgery; 2. Have a history of orthodontics or orthognathic surgery; 3. Jawbone deformities caused by congenital, traumatic, neoplastic, and systemic diseases; 4. Congenital developmental diseases, joint infections, and other diseases that affect the development of the condyle; 5. Patients with other systemic diseases; 6. There are contraindications for MRI scanning; 7. Those who cannot cooperate with the inspection.
