Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for depression; 2. Mild to moderate depression authors who meet the ICD-10 diagnostic criteria for depressive episodes; 3.8=18 years old and<=70 years old, regardless of gender; 5. Discontinue other therapies during the period of receiving this study method; 6. Those who voluntarily participate in this experiment and sign an "informed consent form".

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other mental illnesses or previous mental illnesses; 2. Individuals with previous organic brain lesions or severe brain trauma; 3. Patients with severe heart, liver, and kidney dysfunction, metabolic diseases, and other serious physical diseases; 4. Those who are prone to concurrent infection and bleeding; 5. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 6. Severe needle sickness; 7. Patients with abnormal laboratory routine tests (such as liver and kidney function, blood routine, and urine routine); 8. Participated in another clinical study within 3 months; 9. Individuals with serious suicidal tendencies.
