Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Comply with the diagnostic criteria for simple obesity in the "Consensus of Medical Nutrition Therapy Experts on Overweight/Obesity in China (2016 Edition)"; 2. Those aged>=18 years old,<=55 years; 3. Those who meet the diagnostic criteria and BMI=28 and BMI<35; 4. Clinically diagnosed as a simple obesity patient; 5. Follow medical advice to stop other body mass control measures (except for reasonable diet and exercise) for at least 3 months; 6. Those who voluntarily participate and sign an informed consent form.and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary obesity, such as pituitary disease, hypothalamic encephalopathy, hypothyroidism, pancreatic islet disease, hypogonadism, adrenal cortical hyperfunction, postmenopausal obesity, etc; 2. Concomitant with various serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 3. Pregnant and lactating women; 4. Those who have received any weight loss methods other than a reasonable diet and intensified exercise within the past three months; 5. Failure to adhere to this treatment or self use other treatment methods may affect the collection of research data and the evaluation of efficacy.
