18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. PSA>10ng/ml, regardless of fPSA/PSA or PSAD abnormalities; 2. Abnormal rectal digital examination; 3. PSA4-10ng/ml, combined with fPSA/PSA or PSAD abnormalities; 4. Complete multi parameter magnetic resonance imaging before surgery, with a PI-RADS score of 3-5 points; 5. Male patient, aged 18-80 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.PSA>100ng/ml; 2. PI-RADS score of 5 and the lesion is diffuse, with or without metastasis; 3. After radiotherapy for prostate cancer; 4. Endocrine therapy before prostate cancer puncture; 5. Sulfur hexafluoride contrast agent is allergic and cannot undergo ultrasound contrast examination.
