Ureteral calculi

Interventions

Acupuncture group:Acupuncture at Sanyinjiao (SP 6) and Yinlingquan (SP 9) was applied for 30min each time, a course of treatment was given every 5 days for a total of two courses. Lornoxicam was taken
Tamsulosin group:Tamsulosin 0.4mg po qd and lornoxicam was taken orally as needed for pain
Cnotrol group: Lornoxicam was taken orally as needed for pain

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) =18 years old, both sexes; (2) Ureteral calculi were diagnosed by B-ultrasound or KUB or CT examination, and the maximum diameter of the stone was less than 5mm; (3) signed informed consent and voluntarily participated in this trial. (4) strict contraception for 3 weeks/menopause;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The maximum diameter of the stone is =5mm; (2) bilateral ureteral stones or unilateral multiple stones (=2); (3) simple renal calculi; (4) the presence of ureteral stricture, ureteral malformation, horseshoe kidney, solitary kidney; (5) Indwelling double J tube or "stone street" after lithotripsy; (6) a history of severe heart disease, pulmonary insufficiency, renal insufficiency, or asthma; (7) fever and septic shock; (8) unable to cooperate with the follow-up and complete the follow-up form; (9) pregnant or lactating women or women undergoing their menstrual period; (10) dizzy, and there were wounds, ulcers, varicose veins and other conditions unsuitable for acupuncture at the acupuncture site; (11) Coagulopathy, long-term use of anticoagulant drugs, sedative and antidepressant drugs, taking a-blockers, calcium channel blockers (CCBS) and PDE5 inhibitors; (12) allergic to tamsulosin or taking medications such as digoxin that worsen tamsulosin side effects.
