Pregnant women in B resident treatment group:participated in a traditional 60-minute theoretical and practical teaching on determining fetal head position+ an additional 30-minute of training on our n

20 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 20 years old=37 weeks; 3. Cervical dilation>=5cm; 4. The fetal membrane has been ruptured; 5. There has been no history of cervical surgery in the past.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age>35 years old or<=20 years; 2. Multiple or premature birth; 3. Cervical dilation<5cm; 4. The fetal membrane is not broken; 5. Previous history of cervical surgery.
