20 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 20-60 years; 2. Daily or work requires long periods of sitting at the desk and bowing down; 3. Neck pain occurs between 2 days and 2 months; 4. In the past six months, the duration of neck pain shall not exceed 30 days; 5. Except for neck pain, there are less than 3 areas of pain in other parts of the body.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Systemic diseases involving the cervical spine; 2. Previous history of cervical spine trauma or surgery; 3. There are tumors or tuberculosis in the bone and joints.
