Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are tolerant to surgery in this study; 2. ASA grading: patients in grades I to III; 3. The study subjects all met the diagnostic criteria for adrenal tumors; 4. Those with good compliance or high compatibility.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient has been diagnosed with severe heart, lung, liver, kidney and other system failure at the same time; 2. People suffering from syphilis, AIDS and other infectious diseases; 3. diabetes with neuralgia; 4. Individuals who are allergic to the drugs used in this study; 5. Patients with spinal deformities; 6. Patients with severe coagulation dysfunction; 7. Infected individuals at the injection site; 8. Individuals with a history of chronic pain; 9. History of alcohol and drug abuse, use of drugs that affect neurological function one week before surgery, long-term oral administration of non-steroidal analgesics or opioids; 10. Mental illness, inability to cooperate, or refusal to participate; 11. Pregnant women; 12. Morbidly obese individuals.
