Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 6 month-4 years old, weight> 5kg; 2. ASA II-III; 3. elective cardiac surgery with median sternotomy (including atrial septal defect, ventricular septal defect, patent foramen ovale).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe preoperative pulmonary infection, severe hypoxemia, need ventilator support treatment; 2. preoperative ejection fraction 60mmHg); 4. preoperative severe liver or kidney disease; 5. Local infection at the block site; 6. allergy to narcotic drugs; 7. Families refused to participate.
