20 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) aged 20 or older; (2) having worked as a migrant domestic worker in Hong Kong for at least two years; (3) having relevant lived experience of mental distress; (4) not receiving any acute mental health treatment at the time of this study; (5) scored less than 11 on both subscales of the 14-item Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale; and (6) able to communicate and write in English.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with any significant medical or psychiatric condition which affects daily functioning will be excluded. Participants are excluded if they are participating in other clinical trials.
