Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with osteoarthritis involving the medial tibiofemoral compartment of the knee joint; 2. No severe inversion or valgus deformity (inversion<10 °, valgus<5 °); 3. No obvious limitation of knee joint extension and flexion (flexion contracture<10 °); 4. The stability of the knee joint is good (there is no significant loss of function of the anterior and posterior cruciate ligaments; the function of the varus collateral ligament is good).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with osteoarthritis involving multiple compartments of the knee joint; 2. Patients with rheumatoid arthritis and other inflammatory arthritis; 3. Severe varus deformity or flexion contracture of the knee joint, and limited joint function and activity; 4. Joint instability caused by ligament injury; 5. Patients with severe osteoporosis or obesity (BMI>30).
