Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Mothers of children aged 0-3 in Shanghai pilot area.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Non permanent residents of Shanghai; 2. Lack of independent behavioral ability; 3. Suffering from serious mental illness; 4. Individuals with communication barriers; 5. Having severe visual and auditory impairments; 6. Illiterate, completely unaware of words; 7. Those without experience in mobile phone operation; 8. Patients who are participating in other clinical studies; 9. Researchers believe that other reasons are not suitable for participants in the project.
