Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with stubborn insomnia who meet the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine for insomnia; 2. Age range from 18 to 65 years old (including 18 and 65 years old), regardless of gender; 3. The course of the disease is>=6 months; 4. Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score>7 points; 5. Not receiving insomnia related treatment one week before treatment; 6. Able to independently fill out various rating scales; 7. Those who voluntarily participate in this experiment and sign an informed consent form; 8. Strictly follow the treatment methods specified in this study, obey the doctor's arrangements, and be able to consistently cooperate with treatment and follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Women who are breastfeeding or pregnant; 2. It cannot be ruled out that insomnia patients are caused by organic diseases or mental disorders, as well as alcohol or drugs; 3. Patients who cannot withstand acupuncture stimulation, are prone to dizziness or allergies to needles.
