65 Years to 90 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Han Chinese; 2. The surgery is planned to be performed under combined spinal-epidural anesthesia; 3. Age >= 65 years old, weight 50-90kg; 4. ASA level I - III; 5. Education level capable of completing preoperative cognitive function tests.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Central nervous system infection, head trauma, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis or other major nervous system disease; 2. Major psychological disorders (such as depression, delirium, etc.); 3. Serious systemic diseases (such as malignant tumors) that may affect the level of biomarker in cerebrospinal fluid; 4. family history of genetic diseases; 5. Long term use of psychotropic drugs, steroids, and hormone drugs; 6. Have a recent history of major surgeries; 7. Severe visual and hearing impairment; 8. Abnormal coagulation function before surgery; 9. Preoperative Mini Mental State Scale (MMSE)<23 points.
