Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The participants are in good physical health and have the ability to live independently; 2. All participants voluntarily participated in this study and signed informed consent forms; 3. Han and Dai volunteers who belong to the same ethnic group as the volunteers in the three generations of direct blood relatives; 4. Han and Dai volunteers who follow the unique customs and habits of their ethnic group; 5. Have the ability to communicate with the Han ethnic group and read informed consent forms without the need to use the Dai ethnic group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Gastrointestinal diseases: severed bowel syndrome, small intestinal dysfunction, chronic liver disease, inflammatory enteritis, long-term treatment with acid suppressants for gastrointestinal ulcers, and previous gastrointestinal surgery; 2. Endocrine diseases: diabetes, severe hyperthyroidism of thyroid and parathyroid glands, hypopituitarism, hypogonadism, growth hormone deficiency, hyperprolactinemia, etc; 3. Medication: Long term use of hormone and antibiotic drugs, taking metformin, etc; 4. Other serious cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, and renal diseases; 5. Women who are breastfeeding.
