Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients were diagnosed with ureteral stones through X-ray or ultrasound examination, and the disease was unilateral; 2. ASA level I - II; 3. Age>=65 years; 4.BMI < 28 kg /m^2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to drugs used in this study; 2. Abnormal adrenal cortical function; 3. Severe dysfunction of heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney and other organs before operation; 4. Long-term use of analgesic and sedative drugs.
