Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with MUD in general clinical practice between July 1, 2022 and June 30, 2023, including of fatigue, weight loss and edema.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The specific reasons for fatigue, emaciation, or edema were clearly identified when the patient was enrolled; 2. The simultaneous enrollment of patients may prevent them from participating in any study of this observational study, and the enrolled patients cannot independently complete the contents of each link of the study.
