Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-75 years; 2. Hypertensive patients (after applying a reasonable and tolerable sufficient amount of three or more antihypertensive drugs, including diuretics, on the basis of improving their lifestyle) still have a systolic blood pressure of>=150 mmHg but below=90 mmHg or an average ambulatory blood pressure SBP of>=140 mmHg and<170 mmHg.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Secondary hypertension; 2.Estimated glomerular filtration rate,eGFR< 45mL/ (min 1.73m2),renal vascular abnormalities (including severe renal artery stenosis, renal angioplasty or stenting, or known to have double renal arteries); 3.Pregnancy and lactation; 4.A history of myocardial infarction, unstable angina pectoris or cerebrovascular accident in the past 6 months; 5.Uncontrollable bleeding tendency, various active infectious diseases; 6.Those who refuse to sign an informed consent form.
