Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children's group: 1. Age 7-14 years old; 2. Diagnosed by a clinical doctor as a child with oral breathing; 3. It was diagnosed as OSAHS by PSG, the obstructive apnea hypopnea index (OAHI) was>1 time/h, and the lowest oxygen saturation (LSaO2) was<=92%; 4. Right-handed; 5. Can cooperate with inspection. Control group: 1. Age 7-14 years old; 2. No oral breathing symptoms recorded by clinical doctors; 3. The patient self reported and confirmed by their family that the nasal cavity is unobstructed, there is no nocturnal sleep snoring, no symptoms of apnea, and no upper respiratory or pulmonary diseases; 4. Right-handed; 5. Can cooperate with inspection.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with diabetes, serious cardiovascular, cerebrovascular and respiratory diseases and other systemic diseases; 2. Having neurological or psychiatric disorders; 3. Conventional MRI scans show brain parenchymal lesions (such as tumors, cerebral infarction, and cysts); 4. There are contraindications for MRI scanning.
