Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.18-65 years. 2.Be able to complete a 3-month follow-up. 3.Medical staff with positive symptoms of anxiety, depression, insomnia and traumatic stress disorder

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Self reporting severe or unstable physical diseases such as heart, liver, and kidney; 2. Self reported patients with epilepsy and other nervous system disease; 3. Poor communication and understanding skills, unable to cooperate in completing tasks.
