Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA I-III, age >= 65 years; 2. Compliance with patients who have completed nerve block and voluntarily accepted nerve block anesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Known allergy to local anesthetics; 2. Skin infection near nerve block puncture point; 3. Patients with coagulation disorders; 4. Patients with peripheral neuropathy; 5. Patients with severe arrhythmia; 6. Patients with severe pulmonary infection; 7. Airway hyperresponsiveness or upper respiratory obstruction.
