65 Years to 100 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 65 years; 2. Clear awareness, good communication and understanding skills; 3. Have the ability to walk independently or rely on walking aids (such as crutches or wheelchairs); 4. Will not leave the nursing home during the experimental period; 5. Voluntarily participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Dementia or obvious cognitive impairment; 2. Neurological disorders (such as stroke, hemiplegia); 3. Any disease that affects safe participation in interventions (such as malignant tumors, symptomatic cardiovascular diseases, stroke, etc.).
