Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for schizophrenia in ICD-10; 2. Age 18-60 years; 3. Patients and their families fully understand the research project and are willing to participate in the entire experiment; 4. Have not taken any antipsychotic drugs or traditional Chinese medicine within one month prior to enrollment, and have not received electroconvulsive therapy without convulsions in the past; 5. The legal guardian signs a written informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who cannot comply with research requirements; 2. Those with major physical diseases, organic brain diseases, or traumatic brain injury; 3. Those with severe impairment of social function or inability to cooperate due to mental symptoms; 4. Severe heart, liver, and kidney dysfunction; 5. Prepare pregnant, pregnant, or lactating women.
