Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA level I-II; 2. Age 18-65 years; 3. Patients undergoing cholecystectomy at a selected time.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Abnormal coagulation function; 2. Patients with infection or damage to the skin at the puncture site; 3. Individuals who are allergic to ropivacaine; 4. BMI30kg/m2; 5. Individuals with a history of chronic pain; 6. Have a history of long-term use of opioids and antipsychotic drugs; 7. Those with severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 8. Unable to accurately understand and express QoR40 and VAS scores.
