Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Female patients diagnosed with vulvar pain; 2. Age>=18 years old and<=55 years old; 3. Understand and agree to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of mental illness; 2. History of drug abuse (including severe nicotine dependence); 3. Central nervous system disease; 4. There are contraindications to magnetic resonance imaging such as claustrophobia and metal devices in the body; 5. Active bacterial or fungal infections within the past 6 weeks; 6. Have used antibiotics and antifungal drugs within the past 6 weeks.
