Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for type 2 diabetes: 1. Conform to type 2 diabetes disease diagnosis (DM); Symptoms of diabetes: venous plasma glucose level>=11.1 mmol/L and/or fasting plasma glucose (FPG) level>=7.0 mmol/L at any time. 2. eGFR greater than 90 mL/min · 1.73 m2; 3. Accompanied with hypertension (blood pressure can be controlled with medication<=140/90mmHg) or not accompanied by hypertension; 4.HbA1c <= 8.0 % 5. Age range from 18 to 75 years old, regardless of gender; 6. Those who voluntarily sign an informed consent form. Inclusion criteria of diabetes nephropathy: 1. Conform to diabetes kidney disease diagnosis (DKD); a) Type 2 diabetes; b) Diabetes retinopathy; c) 24-hour urine protein quantification is less than 0.5g; 2. eGFR greater than 60 mL/min · 1.73 m2; 3. Accompanied with hypertension (blood pressure can be controlled with medication<=140/90mmHg) or not accompanied by hypertension; 4. HbA1c <= 8.0% 5. Age range from 18 to 75 years old, regardless of gender; 6. Those who voluntarily sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Blood pressure5.5mmol/L or<3.5mmol/L; 3. Patients whose blood creatinine has doubled in the past six months 4. Unilateral or bilateral renal artery stenosis; 5. There are other serious complications of diabetes and serious vascular events in the past six months, such as cerebral hemorrhage, massive cerebral infarction, acute myocardial infarction; 6. Patients with various infectious diseases within the past 4 weeks; 7. Merging primary and other secondary kidney diseases; 8. Merge with other serious diseases, such as hematological diseases, malignant tumors, etc; 9. Existence of serious psychological or mental abnormalities; 10. Pregnant or lactating women.
