Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 65 years old, regardless of gender; 2. Meet CAP diagnostic criteria; 3. Voluntarily participate in and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with malignant tumors, chronic diseases of the immune system (such as HIV, SLE, rheumatoid arthritis, etc.) and other diseases require long-term use of immunosuppressants; 2. Those who have been hospitalized 1 week before admission or cannot discharge hospital acquired infections in this hospitalization; 3. Pregnant or puerperal women, unstable living environment, frequent changes in workplace and other patients who are prone to loss of follow-up, or other people who are unable or unwilling to cooperate; 4. Patients with epilepsy and mental instability; 5. Patients with community-acquired pneumonia in the elderly complicated with other acute infectious diseases; 6. Patients with pulmonary embolism; 7. Participants in other trials in recent 3 months.
