Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Study Group: (1) Age 18-65 years; (2) Patients with liver fibrosis who met the diagnostic criteria of the APASL consensus on liver fibrosis (2009 edition); (3) The diagnosis of liver biopsy was hepatic injury or hepatic fibrosis; (4) Having a history of chronic liver injury and present liver injury; (5) The clinical data were relatively complete and had good compliance. 2. Control group: (1) Age 18-65 years; (2) No history of liver injury and liver fibrosis; (3) The clinical data were relatively complete and had good compliance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with primary liver cancer or liver metastasis; 2. Pregnant or lactating women; 3. Patients with other severe organic diseases of heart, lung, kidney, brain, etc.
