Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Expert consensus on the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of bronchiolitis in the Respiratory Group of the Pediatric Branch of the Chinese Medical Association (2014 edition): Infants under 2 years old have wheezing for the first time, and the clinical symptoms are mainly cough, wheezing, shortness of breath, etc. Phase prolongation, audible wheezing and fine rales were the main clinical manifestations; 2. Diagnostic criteria for HRV bronchiolitis: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for bronchiolitis; (2) The pathogen is HRV infection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Premature infant; 2. Bronchopulmonary dysplasia; 3. Congenital airway malformation; 4. Congenital heart disease; 5. Immunodeficiency disease.
